HJ: In some way, we all dream of a better life for ourselves. As the only constant in life is change, it is only natural that we would want to do so in a way that sees us grow and evolve into the various potentials we hold as a vision for ourselves. I would like to clarify the term ‘better’ at this point — this is an inherently dualistic term, implying that we could potentially have a ‘worse’ life for ourselves as well, as if there is a potential mistake we can make that would result in something turning out wrong or badly, when, in fact, this is not possible. There are no accidents or coincidences in this universe. Everything that occurs is in divine harmony and is an experience that we have called into our lives to help us learn and grow, period. Therefore, placing a judgement call on a scenario is misunderstanding its true purpose in our lives. That being said, what is meant by the term ‘better’ life in this circumstance, is one that would see us overcome our limits and lead us to a more full expression of our true selves. This only leads to greater happiness and fulfillment as we step into our destiny. Therefore the methods that we can use to overcome our blocks to creating the life of our dreams also closely mirror the steps one must take to reach higher levels of consciousness, for these two goals are nearly inseparable.
