While the Mars rover has recently captured the attention of the masses with its revealing images of the Martian surface, the Hubble Telescope, which was launched 22 years ago in 1990, continues its journey through the cosmos largely forgotten by a world with a two-week attention span. However, its contribution to and impact on our collective consciousness has been highly influential. The Hubble telescope continues to churn out awe inspiring photos of the most stunning galaxies, nebuale, and stars on record.
The Hubble telescope is NASA’s longest running mission and has given us over 100,000 photos to date This is a collection of some of the more incredible images produced over the years.
