Become More Clairvoyant By Eating These 6 Superfoods

By Robert Reeves

more than we are eating

Every food has its own individual vibration. When you’re in the grocery store, you intuitively pick up on that energy. Consider the process when you’d like to buy some apples. What you naturally do is scan over the assortment on display, choose one in particular, and pop that in your basket. Then you scan again and choose another very specific apple. You don’t just go and blindly grab those fruits closest to you.

On an intuitive level, our souls know the perfect foods for us, and which ones are going to resonate with our lifestyle.

As you enjoy natural, high-energy foods, the way you look out at and perceive the world is different. You’ll no longer buy into a “lack” mentality. You won’t heed the doom-and-gloom scenarios, and you won’t listen to fear-based stories in the media. Instead, what you’ll learn to do is pray about those situations. See this as an opportunity to use your knowledge and intentions to help foster peace and balance. You are able to see things in a different light because that light is now coming from within you.

In my new book with Doreen Virtue, Nutrition for Intuition, we share how different foods can help enhance your spiritual gifts. For example, to nourish your clairvoyance and awaken your third-eye chakra you should enjoy dark green, leafy vegetables. Sun ripened fruits – especially pineapple – are also excellent at enhancing your spiritual abilities.

We call them ‘superfoods’ because they have so many incredible healing properties. You may have heard of superfoods in the past but didn’t know what they were or what they did.

Below are 6 superfoods and information about their spiritual qualities:

1. Acai

Acai is rumored to have sustained Amazonian tribes when they were threatened with starvation. In Brazil it’s commonly called “Beauty Berry,” because it contains so many uplifting, youth enhancing properties. When you take acai, you feel young at heart.

Research suggests that there are between 50 and 75 unidentified natural compounds not found in any other food. These mysterious compounds may be responsible for its highly nourishing quality.

Most preparations of acai are freeze-dried berries that you can purchase as capsules or powder. You can add one to three tablespoons of the powder to your favorite smoothie. It is also available as frozen puree. There are prepared juices available; however, many contain only small amounts of acai and are often laden with added sugars.

The purple color brings through a strong and protective energy. Acai is connected to Archangel Michael, who is associated with courage, strength, and purification. Thus, it shields you from harsh situations and psychic attack. With the support of Archangel Michael, the berry helps you uncover your true life’s purpose. If you wonder what you are meant to be doing, try some acai. It shines a light on new opportunities.

Acai helps you clear negative thoughts and transform them into love. When you focus on love, you realize that anything is possible and begin to attract miracles. Acai encourages you to never give up, as the miracle may be just around the corner. Keep persisting and know that you are being safeguarded from negativity as you fearlessly move ahead.

Acai resonates with the third-eye chakra and enhances your gifts of clairvoyance.

2. Camu Camu

Camu camu has one of the highest concentrations of natural vitamin C of any food. Just one teaspoon of camu camu powder gives you an abundance—more than you would get if you ate ten oranges!

Take one teaspoon of powder per day. The taste is sour, so make sure it will go with the flavors of your juice before you ruin a whole batch!

If you’re empathic—you feel other people’s emotions and pain—it helps you identify what is your “stuff” and what is others’. If you get overwhelmed and anxious around large groups of people, consider taking a dose of camu camu. It shields your aura, lending you a feeling of safety.

Due to camu camu’s healing qualities, it also helps you attract the perfect healer or teacher. You’ll be met with synchronistic encounters that will lead you to the best people who will support you right now.

3. Coconut Water

Coconut water is the nourishing liquid from the inside of a fresh young coconut. It’s a natural source of electrolytes, which help hydrate the body. If you don’t have a good balance of electrolytes, you may be dehydrated even if you’re drinking eight glasses of water per day!

Energetically, coconut water allows all the components of your body to talk to one another. It’s wonderful if you’ve felt stuck or lacked motivation. The coconut shows you that your body is capable of fulfilling all your desires; it just needs a little fine-tuning.

Clairvoyantly, you can see the coconut water creating an electric charge throughout your physical being. It inspires your cells to reach their utmost potential, which in turn allows you to accomplish tasks with great speed.

4. Goji Berries

Goji berries have been used for thousands of years in traditional Chinese medicine. They are said to boost the chi, or life force, of whoever consumes them. These nutritive berries promote longevity.

There are tales of monks consuming goji berries (as well as other tonic herbs) who lived well over 100 years. They contain 18 amino acids—including 8 essential amino acids, which are the ones our bodies cannot make.

The dried berries can be eaten as a snack and added to your own trail-mix blend. Please be aware that the source is highly important.

As you consume superfoods to strengthen your intuition and build a closer relationship with God and your angels, you want the best product you can find. Most goji berries come from China, which has a very different organic certification process from that in the West.

Certified-organic products in China can still contain toxic chemicals. The location, water quality, and soil often are not taken into account and may be filled with harmful compounds. Please only purchase certified-organic goji berries from a reputable source.

Goji berries expand your energy. They help you feel enlivened and motivated. On the one hand, they excite you, giving you a feeling of drive . . . yet on the other, they encourage you to take your time and work peacefully. Think of highly productive Buddhist monks: They are industrious but don’t allow themselves to become flustered, stressed, or rushed.

They also help activate your own energetic-healing abilities. We are all blessed with the capacity to bring through healing vibrations.

Whether you do so through prayer or other modalities, goji berries can accentuate your gifts.

5. Maca

Maca is a superfood of the Incas that naturally grows between 9,000 and 14,000 feet above sea level. Its ability to thrive in such extreme environments identify it as full of resilient, healing properties.

Maca helps you cope with stress physically and mentally. It contains numerous compounds that promote a sense of well-being and comfort. It allows your body and mind to adapt to the situations you’re in, giving you greater energy and clarity.

Maca has a unique set of plant compounds that stimulates your hypothalamus and pituitary gland—which can have a balancing effect on your metabolism and hormones. Traditionally it has been used to support menopause, boost the immune system, and promote vitality.

Maca helps you clear away negative energies. Its wonderful cleansing action heals you emotionally and energetically. Holding on to unforgiveness, anger, and resentment serves no purpose. These lower emotions are only harming you. With the help of maca, you can willingly release them . . . in exchange for comfort. You’ll come to realize that negative energy (in any form) is only taking up space that could be better utilized by love.

Take one to four teaspoons per day mixed into a glass of water or juice. There are two types available: raw and gelatinized. Many people report that the gelatinized (or cooked) maca is much easier on their stomachs. It is more digestible, as the long-chain starches have already been broken down. The traditional way of consuming maca in Peru has always been to cook it first.

6. Maqui

Maqui is another strong antioxidant, this time coming from southern Chile. Traditionally, the juice of the berries was used to bring strength and stamina. Take one teaspoon of powder mixed with water or juice for a potent remedy. The free-radical-fighting power of maqui slows the aging process, helps your cardiovascular system, and keeps you healthy overall.

Maqui supports you in feeling that anything is possible. Despite what other people may have said, you have the power within you to accomplish amazing things. Give yourself permission to follow your dreams and know that it’s only a matter of time before you achieve them.

I really enjoy fresh smoothies and juices, as I find they are an excellent way to combine several of these high vibrational foods at once. Here’s a recipe for one of my favorite clairvoyance smoothies:

1 cup blueberries

1 tbsp. acai powder (soak in 1/2 cup filtered, non-fluoridated water for 10 minutes)

1 cup of fresh pineapple

3 cups coconut water

Just add all the ingredients to your blender and combine until smooth. The pineapple connects with your pineal gland, which has long been researched for its connection to psychic abilities. Blueberries bring a wonderful purple color to this smoothie, which resonates with the third-eye chakra.
