HJ: We typically think of time as a linear experience, when in fact it is multidimensional in nature. The past, present and future all exist simultaneously and we can alter both the past and the future from the present moment. There are a few techniques to do so, with Matrix Reimprinting being one of the most powerful. Typically someone will decide that they would like to ‘rewrite’ a past memory, which has a major effect both on our present and future self. A traumatic experience, for example, can be re-experienced as a positive, empowering event instead and therefore the past event and associated neural imprint in the brain not only looses its ‘negative’, dysfunctional charge, but is replaced with a new, expansive reality that more closely resembles ones true divine nature. It is an incredibly powerful process that can facilitate massive transformation in individuals who are willing to do the minimal work involved.
The article by Matrix Reimprinting pioneer Karl Dawson gives great background on the EFT process on which the technique is based in addition to explaining the method itself. I highly recommend working with this and similar techniques to anyone interested in higher conscious awareness and human potential.
You Can Rewrite Your Past: And transform your future
By Karl Dawson and Sasha Allenby | Heal Your Life
A new technique for attracting what you want.
ARE YOU FAMILIAR with EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique)? It’s a self-help tool that is used to resolve or improve any physical or emotional issue, destructive thought pattern, or form of behavior. It was created by Gary Craig, who adapted it from Thought Field Therapy (TFT). EFT is a simplified version of its predecessor. It involves tapping on points along the body’s meridian system—the system used in acupuncture. While tapping on the points, you bring to mind physical symptoms or negative memories. This helps to release life stresses or physical issues from the body’s energy system and allows it to return to emotional and physical health.
Because you tap on the body and think of the issues at the same time, EFT is a technique that involves the mind and body simultaneously. It has generated impressive results with chronic fatigue syndrome/ME, rheumatoid arthritis, MS, IBS, diabetes, asthma, cancer, Crohn’s disease, colitis, vitiligo, alopecia, hypothyroidism, anxiety, panic attacks, stress, depression and post-traumatic stress disorder, among a whole host of other physical and emotional conditions.
In EFT it is recognized that to heal any condition we have to heal the mind and the body simultaneously, and that most of the myriad of diseases that are part of our society have their origins in life stresses and traumas. These traumas can be easily resolved with EFT, and the results ultimately affect the physical body.
Matrix Reimprinting uses the same acupuncture points as EFT, and they are tapped in the same way, but the protocols are very different. A basic grasp of conventional EFT is therefore useful in order to use the Matrix Reimprinting techniques, but if you have no experience of EFT, you can still learn Matrix Reimprinting from our book, as we give you a grounding in EFT before we introduce the Matrix Reimprinting techniques.
Introducing Matrix Reimprinting
Matrix Reimprinting is based on a number of key principles. The first is the quantum physics theory that we are all connected by a unified energy field, known as the Matrix. Our more challenging life experiences are held as pictures in the Matrix in the form of Energetic Consciousness Holograms, or ECHOs. With Matrix Reimprinting we can interact with these ECHOs to transform these past pictures and replace them with supportive ones. This changes our health, happiness, and well-being in the present.
Our ECHOs also hold us in negative states of belief which are destructive to our physiology. We can use Matrix Reimprinting to resolve these negative beliefs and return to health.
is based upon the understanding that we are all connected by a unified energy field, generally referred to as the “field” or the “Matrix.” This understanding was first brought to light in the 1940s by the father of quantum theory, Max Planck. In the twenty-first century, it has been popularized by films such as The Secret, What the Bleep Do We Know?! And more recently, The Living Matrix, and books such as The Divine Matrix by Gregg Braden and The Field by Lynne McTaggart.
Our aim here is to give just a very brief and simple explanation of the science which supports Matrix Reimprinting. If you want to learn about it in greater detail, we suggest you explore the books and DVDs listed above. But all you will need to grasp in order to practice Matrix Reimprinting are the following principles:
- We are all made up of energy that vibrates so fast we appear as solid matter.
- We are linked by a web that connects us all, known as the Matrix.
- We send our thoughts out into the Matrix and those thoughts are attracted back to us as life experiences.
- We can change how we experience life by changing the pictures in the Matrix.
Looking more closely at principle number four, we would like to offer a unique view on why the Law of Attraction hasn’t appeared to work for some people. All the life experiences that we have had create pictures in our Matrix. If they are positive and supportive, they help us to attract more of what we want. But if they are negative and destructive, we attract more of the same. Simply wishing for different experiences when we have these destructive pictures in our field will not change our point of attraction. But when we start to work with Matrix Reimprinting, we actually change the pictures in our fields, and thus the direction of our lives, by attracting different experiences.
Karl Dawson, the creator of Matrix Reimprinting, is one of only 29 EFT Masters worldwide. Karl has been at the leading edge of the personal development industry since 2003, and trains practitioners and speaks at conferences worldwide.
Sasha Allenby overcame two ‘incurable’ health conditions using Matrix Reimprinting. She has contributed greatly to the development of this technique, and is the author of Joyful Recovery from Chronic Fatigue Syndrome/ME.
